Our Preliminary Investigation

Once you submit your case, our team conducts a preliminary investigation. During this stage, we review the information you provided and determine whether your matter is a good fit for our firm. After evaluating the facts, we will either accept or decline the case—and you will be notified promptly.

If Your Case Is Accepted

When your case is accepted, we begin our collection efforts right away. Our team takes a focused and strategic approach to commercial collections and judgment enforcement, ensuring every action is aligned with moving your case forward.

Ongoing Support From Our Legal Assistants

Throughout the entire process, you will be assigned to one of our three legal assistants, all available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can email us anytime for updates, and we will always keep you informed about the status of your case.
